一、學術及教學專長：

（一）學術專長：成人與繼續教育、社會與文化事業之相關管理、傳播、設計與教育等領域專業人才。尤其能運用生成式AI、數位、多媒體者為佳。

（二）教學專長：各領域專長分述如下

1.成人與繼續教育領域

本領域著重於回應高齡社會與成人持續學習的挑戰與機會，歡迎關注成人教育、高齡學習、社會教育方案規劃、數位學習、教育科技、智慧科技應用、高齡產業發展、永續教育等相關議題之學者。具備結合教育理念與社會設計實務，推動跨世代共學、生活創新與在地實踐者，為本系優先徵聘對象。

2. 社會與文化事業領域

本領域強調文化事業管理、教育傳播與公共參與的整合發展，歡迎專長於文化觀光、策展實務、展演設計、文化機構管理、公共教育推廣、數位行銷、數位內容設計、數位公關與廣告策略等領域之學者加入。並特別鼓勵具備永續發展、ESG治理、行為經濟學、公共事務與文化機構管理、社會學等跨領域素養，能整合傳播與管理視角設計文化或教育行動方案，推動機構數位轉型與社會影響力擴展者加入本系。

本系重視教師之跨領域教學與研究能力，鼓勵應徵者善用生成式AI、數位工具與多媒體資源，促進教學創新與學生參與。有意申請者可參閱以下連結，內含本系之詳細介紹、各徵聘領域之專長需求與授課期待之說明：詳如附件四。

二、申請資格：

（一）應聘專任教師（助理教授以上）除獲相關系所博士學位外且應具有下列條件：

1. 最近三年於SCI、SSCI、TSSCI、EI、A&HCI、民國105年新制THCI（原THCICore）或SCOPUS等索引收錄之學術性期刊發表論文，且為第一作者或通訊作者。

2.最近三年主持國科會(原科技部)研究計畫。

3.前述期刊論文篇數及國科會（原科技部）研究計畫數加總至少為3。

4.新聘專任教師相關規定請詳見「國立臺灣師範大學新聘專任教師資格條件暨評鑑作業規定」。

（二）應聘專案教學人員者除獲有博士學位之初任者外，應符合下列條件之一：

1.三年內有正式出版之專書，並檢附審查意見及通過出版之相關證明。

2.最近三年應發表二篇SCI、SSCI、A&HCI、EI、TSSCI、民國一百零五年新制THCI（原THCICore）或SCOPUS等索引收錄之學術性期刊論文。

3.上述應徵者自本系所對外公告首日起溯算2年內（不含男性兵役年資）獲得博士學位者，均可視為初任教師。

三、新聘教師須具備全英語授課及國際交流能力。

四、應徵程序：

本次甄選分為初審與複審兩階段：

（一）初審：申請者應在截止日期前寄送下列資料各乙式4份。

1. 詳細履歷表（應徵者請上社教系網站「最新公告」處http://www.ace.ntnu.edu.tw/下載本系格式）。

2.博士學位證書、教師證書影本（無則免附）、聘書影本或相關工作證明文件影本。

3. 重要學術著作、學位論文及專業領域之著作或作品成果。

4.教學評鑑（或課程意見調查）相關資料（無則免附）。

5. 未來發展計畫：

-詳列聘任後可開設本系現有課程或擬新開課程至少8門中文課程大綱（應聘專案教學人員者至少5門），其中5門並應提供英文課程大綱。

– 未來研究方向。

– 有助本系師生教學、研究、服務之國際化具體策略。

– 對本系可能之具體貢獻。

（二）複審：通過初審者，擇期面談。

五、應徵職位：

就應徵者學經歷，依本校規定聘任為適當職級之教師，如無適當人選，得從缺。惟本職缺之員額尚需經本校核定後始得提聘。

Faculty Position Announcement Department of Adult and Continuing Education, National Taiwan Normal University full-time teacher/project-based teaching fellow (assistant professor rank or above)

1. Academic and Teaching Expertise Requirements

(1) Academic Expertise: Professional talent in the fields related to the management, planning, design, and promotion of adult and continuing education (adult continuing education, social and cultural career).

(2) Teaching Expertise: Ability to offer courses on adult and continuing education (adult continuing education, social and cultural career) with a focus on institutions, centers, organizations, programs, activities, and curriculum design. Preference for courses that incorporate generative AI, digital tools, multimedia, social education planning.

2. Qualifications(If you are not a citizen of the Republic of China, you need to be able to communicate in Chinese.)

Applicants for the full-time faculty position and the project-based teaching fellow should hold a Ph.D. degree in related disciplines.

(1) Except for a Ph.D. degree, any applicants for the full-time faculty position must fulfill the following requirements:

a. Has published papers in journals indexed in SCI, SSCI, A&HCI, EI, TSSCI, the new THCI in 2016 (formerly THCI Core), and SCOPUS in the past 3 years as the first author or corresponding author.

b. Has hosted research projects sponsored by National Science and Technology Council (formerly the Ministry of Science and Technology) in the last 3 years.

Note:

The total number of papers in the aforementioned journals and the number of research projects of National Science and Technology Council (formerly the Ministry of Science and Technology) must be at least 3.

(2) Except for first-time teachers with a Ph.D. degree, any applicants for the project-based teaching fellow must fulfill one of the following requirements:

a. Has published a book within 3 years, with proof of peer review and publication.

b. Has published at least 2 papers in journals indexed in SCI, SSCI, A&HCI, EI, TSSCI, the new THCI in 2016 (formerly THCI Core), and SCOPUS in the past 3 years as the first author or corresponding author.

“First -time teachers” refer to those who have not served as a full-time teacher in colleges or

above after acquiring their doctoral degree within 2 years prior to this faculty position

announcement(excluding the mandatory military service tenure for male candidates).

3. Must be able to teach EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) courses and possess the ability of internationalization.

(2) Final review:

Applicants passing the preliminary review will be interviewed at a scheduled time.
