商業數據與分析公司Dun & Bradstreet Corporation於今年十月公佈了在以色列科技領域最佳50個工作場所的年度名單。與去年相同，Google和Facebook在名單上分別位居第一和第二。Microsoft則排名第三，取代了Intel；Intel排名降至第七位；去年微軟則排名第十三位；Apple和Wix.com分別排名第四和第五，與去年相同。

    今年一月Microsoft任命Assaf Rappaport為其以色列研發中心的負責人。35歲的他在Microsoft收購了他共同創辦和帶領的雲端安全新創公司Adallom Inc.後於2015年加入Microsoft；該研發中心於今年初搬遷至位於Tel Aviv的WeWork租用辦公室。

    Rappaport說明Microsoft在排名上的進步可歸因於全球的公司從「我們知道一切」到「我們將學習所有的東西」態度上的轉變，他表示在以色列，該公司參與愈來愈多的社會活動，不僅為了自己的員工，也更關注於對整個社會的影響。Rappaport進一步表示，要增加多樣性，還有很多工作要完成。

    Dun & Bradstreet事業開發副總裁Efrat Segev表示，當地因為人才緊縮迫使企業考慮更多的候選人名單。Segev補充說明，公司正在為更多樣化的人力規劃員工福利，像是提供員工陪產假和財力補助，以提供更多樣的福利。以色列本土公司在提供員工福利方面遠勝其他的跨國競爭對手。名單上更有64％的公司在以色列成立。 

    以色列的科學家兼國家新創投資部門主席Ami Appelbaum曾表示，以色列無法仰賴在當地經營研發中心的跨國公司，因此必須努力建立一個包含整個產業價值鏈的科技體系。Intel在以色列的研發負責人Karin Eibschitz-Segal表示，如此好的排名歸功於四項因素：頂尖技術、工作對員工的意義、公司對員工的待遇、以及將員工和其職涯發展置於中心的企業文化。Intel是以色列最大的科技業雇主，在當地擁有約12,000名員工。

    該排名第四次公佈，考量到薪水和福利、職涯發展機會和為員工提供的支持、就業穩定性和健康等因素。在以色列約三十萬人的整體科技人才中，約有七萬人受僱於名單中的公司。以下為依照排名所列之五十家公司：
