The Director General heads the Department of Natural Sciences and Sustainable Development with assistance from Deputy Director General and an Advisory Committee. It has three Sections:
Section I: Mathematics, Statistics and Physics
Section II: Chemistry and Valuable Instrument
Section III: Earth Science, Sustainable Development and Disaster Reduction
