This project is to develop the smart dust sensor and micro spectrometer technologies which consist of miniaturization and low power consumption characteristics. By through actual deployment and applications of Internet of things (IoT) technology, one can form a regional monitoring network. The application scenarios can be widely used in several fields: cooperative enterprise fields (such as chemical plants and food processing plants with high temperature/high concentration/special gases, etc.), semiconductor process fields (process fields, external environments consisting of NH3, H2S, VOC gas components), smart city applications (indoor, outdoor, special fields such as sewer and other factory environment consisting of CO, CO2, VOC, NO2, SO2, NH3, H2S gas components), and the other fields related to people's livelihood and social aspects. The project is aimed to align with government 5+2 Industry with the target to connect with the local, connect with the world, and connect with the future.
