The Division aims to meet four objectives which support the goal of national globalization for Taiwan.
The four objectives are the following:
1. To boost the bilateral and multilateral scientific exchanges and activities.
2. To promote and bridge the cooperation amongst scientists, research institutes, and universities.
3. To act as a representative office of the Science Parks in Taiwan.
4. To collect and to evaluate information.
