Faculty Positions in Department of Environmental Engineering

The Department of Environmental Engineering, National Cheng Kung University, invites applications of candidates for several tenure-track faculty positions at the assistant, associate, or full professor level, depending
on the qualifications. Both young and established engineers/scientists with a Ph.D. degree in environmental or related disciplines are encouraged to apply. Applicants with research experience in areas of Environmental Engineering and the ability to offer related courses are especially preferred. Please note that applicants who have not yet officially obtained their Ph.D. certificate should not apply. The successful candidate will supervise master's and doctoral students in research within their field of expertise, offer at least one course taught entirely in English each academic year, and be able to teach at least one core courses of the department as well as fundamental undergraduate courses.

2.Personal curriculum vitae (CV) and academic history (including a list of published papers).
3.Scanned copies of original diploma(s). (For foreign degrees, please include photocopies of the academic
credentials and transcripts that have been verified by an overseas office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.)
4.Up to three reprints of publications from the last five years. (Please designate one of these as your
representative work.)
5.Research and teaching plan.
6.Contact information and letters of recommendation from three referees. (The letters of recommendation
should be provided only after you have been shortlisted for the first-stage selection.)

(2) Please compile Documents 2 through 5 into a single PDF file and submit it as an attachment.
Applications will be processed in batches and reviewed as they arrive until the positions are filled. The
start date coincides with the beginning of the semester (February 1st or August 1st).
