The National Science and Technology Council is conducting several bilateral and multilateral joint international cooperation programs with countries in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Africa. Cooperation in these programs takes the form of joint research projects, joint workshops/seminars, the movement of people, and internship program for students.
The international cooperation programs listed in the following table are open for applications either annually or biannually. The call for proposal timeframe shown next to each program is for guidance only (determined based on the timeframe of the previous call), the exact application timeframe for each program is discussed and agreed upon by the partnering agencies abroad before announcement. Applicants are invited to directly contact the Program Director in charge of the corresponding program to obtain the most up-to-date submission timetables and details for each program.
