2.Job Description
A.Assist the Center for Bilingual Education (CBE) in teaching EMI Preparation Program (EMIPP) and English for Specific Academic Purposes (ESAP) courses, such as Freshman English, Academic English, and Communication, Expression, and Career Development Courses.
B.Support CBE in promoting related initiatives.
C.Teach 16 hours per week, entirely in English.

3.Employment Period
August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027. Reappointment is contingent on performance and funding.
4.Qualifications
A.Master’s degree or Ph.D. from a domestic or international institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. Applicants with a foreign degree must provide an authenticated diploma.
B.Expertise in English-related fields (including English language teaching, applied linguistics, linguistics, literature, and education). Candidates with cross-disciplinary expertise (such as management, bioresources & agriculture, social sciences, or STEM) are preferred.
C.Ability to teach fully in English. Prior EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) teaching experience and at least two years of overall teaching experience are preferred.

iv.Complete List of Publications (see attached form). Please provide a complete list of all journal articles, including author(s), title of the article, journal name, year of publication, volume/issue number, and page numbers. In addition, please indicate and submit:
•One representative publication (must be published within five years prior to the appointment date, i.e., after August 2021)
•If the representative publication is not a degree thesis, at least one reference publication is required (must be published within seven years prior to the appointment date, i.e., after August 2019)
●Five hard copies each of the representative and reference publications.
●One PDF file each of the representative and reference publications.

v.Proposed course syllabus and supporting documents
vi.Chinese autobiography (700 to 1,000 words; not required for non-native Mandarin Chinese speakers)
