1.Position: Assistant Professor or higher in the Department of Biological Sciences and Technology.
2.Number of positions available: 1.
3.Qualifications:
(1)PhD degree.
(2)At least two years of postdoctoral research or teaching experience at a college or university in biotechnology-related fields as of the employment start date.
4.Academic and research Expertise: Biotechnology, The biotech industry or the application of artificial intelligence in the field of biotechnology.
5.Must be able to teach the following courses:
(1)Academic Expertise：Specialized in providing support for courses such as Cell Biology, Cell Biology
Experiment, Molecular Biology, Animal Physiology, Introduction to Analytical Chemistry, General Biology, General Biology Experiment, Genetics, Genetics Experiment or other Biological Sciences and Technology-related courses or expertise in the application of artificial intelligence in biotechnology and related fields.
(2)Must be able to teach in English and is required to offer at least one full English-taught course or EMI course each semester.
6.Expected employment start date: February 1, 2026.
7.Document Submission:
(1)One photocopy of each graduation certificate above bachelor's degree.
(2)One photocopy of both sides of the national identification card.
(3)Two recommendation letters from supervisors or associate professors (or above) in related fields, either domestic or international. (please send or e-mail directly to the following address).
(4)Official transcripts from all years of study for the Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. degrees.

8.The acceptance date:
(1)From now until July 31, 2025 (as evidenced by the postmark), applications should be sent by registered mail or delivered in person to the Personnel Office of the university. 10.Remarks:
(1)Once the Department receives the application, an applicant who passes the initial review will be individually notified for an interview. If an applicant is unable to attend, it will be considered a withdrawal from the application process.
(2)Applicants who wish to retrieve their submitted documents should provide an envelope with the return address and sufficient postage.
(3)Newly hired full-time faculty members must complete two years of administrative work in the NUTN.
(4)Applicants must conduct a teaching demonstration entirely in English during the interview.
