The Wei-Yu Lin Laboratory, Department of Medicinal and Applied Chemistry, Kaohsiung Medical University, invites applications for a postdoctoral researcher to develop new synthetic methodologies and their applications in organic synthesis. The successful candidate will lead experimental research, design and optimize reactions, investigate their synthetic scope, and communicate the results through high-quality publications.
We welcome researchers with a strong foundation in organic synthesis and an interest in working across disciplines. Experience in continuous-flow organic chemistry, mechanochemistry, photochemistry, or electrochemistry would be an advantage
Required qualifications
•A Ph.D. in organic chemistry or a closely related field
•At least two years of postdoctoral research experience
•At least one first-author paper published within the past five years in Organic Letters, Chemical Communications, or Advanced Synthesis & Catalysis
•Strong hands-on synthetic skills and demonstrated ability to conduct independent research
