Required Qualifications (at least one of the following with proofs):
1. Hold the rank of Assistant Professor or above.
2. A doctoral degree in Performance or Conducting, or an equivalent diploma.
3. With international recognition or distinguished teaching excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. An ability to teach courses in English.
2. Teaching experience in a university music department (supporting evidence
required).
