1. Position: Full-time teacher (including Assistant Professor or above) in the
Department of Business and Management.
2. Appointment Start Date: August 1, 2026.
3. Eligibility Criteria
(1) Education:
⚫ Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree in a management-related field from an
institution recognized by the Ministry of Education.
(2) Academic Specialization:
⚫ Financial Management
⚫ Corporate Sustainability
⚫ Digital Transformation
⚫ Green Supply Chain Management
⚫ Ability to teach in English is required.
(3) Certification: Has been duly certified by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China (Taiwan) as holding a faculty credential at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher.
(4) Applicants must be capable of delivering courses entirely in English and are
required to offer at least one English-taught or EMI course each semester.

4. Application Deadline: (1) From now until 9 March, 2026 (as evidenced by the
postmark). Applications should be sent by registered mail or delivered in person to the Personnel Office of the university. Please indicate "Application for Faculty Position in the Department of Business and Management" on the envelope. (2) Mailing Address: Personnel Office, National University of Tainan, No. 33, Sec. 2, Shulin St., West Central Dist., Tainan City, 70005, Taiwan.

5. Document Submission: (1)Consent Form for the Provision of Personal
Information for Applicants to Full-Time/Part-Time Faculty Positions at the National University of Tainan.
(2)Affidavit Regarding Whether the Prospective (or Current) Appointee Holds
Household Registration in Mainland China, or Possesses a Mainland China Passport, Identification Card, Permanent Residence Permit, or Residence Permit (3) One photocopy of each graduation certificate above the Bachelor’s degree. For foreign degrees, documents must be authenticated by Taiwan’s overseas missions. (4) One photocopy of both sides of the national identification card. (5) Provide recommendation and inquiry candidates for more than three people. The following documents should be compiled into two sets: (6) Transcripts for Master’s and Doctoral degrees. (7) The "Application Form for Faculty Position at National University of Tainan." (8) The relevant work experiences. (9) The Doctoral dissertation. (10) Three hard copies or photocopies of representative works of research results within five years (full text required). Publications indexed in SSCI, SCI, TSSCI, or EI should be clearly indicated. (11) Teaching syllabus for the courses that can be taught (at least four subjects, and provide the course syllabus. (12) A copy of the current level teacher certificate issued by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China (Taiwan) as holding a faculty credential at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher (13) Other supporting materials (e.g., research interests, teaching philosophy).

6. Additional Notes
⚫ Please clearly indicate on the envelope: “Application for Full-time Faculty
Position, Department of Business and Management.”
⚫ If fewer than ten applicants apply, the announcement period may be extended.
⚫ Applicants shortlisted for the interview are required to conduct a teaching
demonstration entirely in English.
⚫ Newly hired faculty members must undertake administrative duties for two
years and offer at least one EMI or English-taught course per semester.
⚫ Applicants wishing to have their documents returned must include a self-
addressed envelope with sufficient postage.
⚫ If not provided, submitted materials will be handled by the department after the recruitment process and will not be returned.
