The Radar Session for Philippines at Central Weather Bureau in Taiwan.

The members of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), Lester Kim Lagrimas and John Grender Almario came to Taiwan to join the radar basic theory and raw data processing session at Central Weather Bureau from March 20th to April 14th, 2017.
In this project, offer the radar training for PAGASA is helpful to improve the technology of meteorology in Philippines and good to the consolidation of cooperative in meteorology between the Taiwan and Philippines.
The observation data from the Philippines include radar and surface, through those data, we can assist PAGASA to upgrade the quality of data and technology of data processing. Finally, we can also promote the severe weather monitoring and improvement of short forecast capability on precipitation.
