Qualifications：
1. Must hold an earned Ph.D. degree in Accounting or a closely related field recognized by the Ministry of Education (R.O.C.).
2. Demonstrated capability of teaching in English.
3. Track record of peer-reviewed journal publications or demonstrable research excellence and potential.
Required Application Documents
1. Curriculum Vitae for Teacher Qualification Review: (Standard MOE format).
2. Comprehensive CV and Autobiography: Including undergraduate and postgraduate academic background, employment history, areas of specialization, and research interests.
3. Photocopy of Highest Degree Diploma / Certificate: Candidates with foreign degrees must submit diploma authenticated by an R.O.C. (Taiwan) overseas representative office. Prospective graduates should submit an official letter from their dissertation advisor stating the expected graduation date.
4. Photocopy of Official Academic Transcripts of Highest Degree: Candidates with foreign degrees must submit transcripts authenticated by an R.O.C. overseas representative office.
5. Photocopy of Teacher Qualification Certificate: Issued by the R.O.C. Ministry of Education (optional; exempt if not applicable).
6. Complete Academic Publication List & Research Summary: Full bibliography of academic publications (with complete publication details/citations), accompanied by an overview of past research projects and significant scholarly achievements.
7. Representative & Reference Works: Representative papers and reference publications published within the past five years.
8. Two Letters of Recommendation: Must be sealed and signed across the envelope flap by the referees.
9. Future Research & Teaching Plan: A concise statement outlining future research directions and course teaching syllabi / plans.
