The Department of Political Economy at National Sun Yat-sen University invites applications for two full-time faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
•Hold a Ph.D. in Political Science, Economics, Political Economy, or a related field.
•Demonstrate research potential and commitment to academic excellence.
•Be capable of teaching in English.
•Meet the faculty appointment requirements of National Sun Yat-sen University.
Successful candidates will be expected to teach at least one course in English each semester.
Areas of Specialization
Applicants from all areas of Political Science, Economics, and Political Economy are welcome. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in:
•Empirical Research
•Macroeconomics
•Comparative Political Economy
•Geopolitics

Salary and Benefits
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and follow the regulations of National Sun Yat-sen University and the Ministry of Education, Taiwan.
