【Qualifications】 Applicants must hold a Ph.D. and have an academic background in materials science (bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree). Outstanding performance in the field is required.
【Positions Available】 1 to 3 full-time faculty positions.

1.Curriculum Vitae (including areas of expertise, list of publications, N/M field ranking, impact factor, and citation count).
2.Copies of diplomas (Applicants with foreign degrees who have not obtained domestic teaching qualifications must submit verified academic credentials and transcripts authenticated by Taiwan’s overseas missions).
3.Undergraduate and graduate transcripts.
4.Three letters of recommendation (sealed and mailed with the application, or emailed as scanned PDFs to mse7212@gs.ncku.edu.tw by August 31, 2025. Include a separate sheet listing each recommender’s name, institution, title, phone number, and email).
5.Cover page and abstract of doctoral dissertation.
6.Three representative publications (offprints).
7.Teaching plan (including course syllabi).
8.Research proposal.

Salary & Benefits
Successful candidates will be hired as full-time faculty members under the university’s official payroll system. In addition to standard public university salary, they may apply for flexible salary supplements and university housing. The department also supports applications for the Ministry of Education’s “Yushan Scholar” and “Yushan Young Scholar” programs for outstanding talent.
