Postdoctoral position to study plant sex determination in Department of Agronomy at National Taiwan University

Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct genomic exploration of the sex-determination region in dioecious plants and floral organ development mechanisms.
2. Collaborate with internal and external research teams to establish R&D technologies.
3. Continue building on previous research outcomes to publish journal articles.

Qualifications
1. Experimental skills: Independent research experience; familiarity with plant genomics and molecular biology techniques.
2. Research ability: Experience in writing and publishing papers in SCI-indexed journals (please provide published papers when applying).
3. Language skills: Proficiency in English sufficient for academic discussion and correspondence with international scholars; strong academic writing ability.
4. Personal qualities: Good communication, proactive responsibility, strategic and solution-oriented thinking, and strong teamwork ability.

Education Requirements
Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Agriculture, or a related field. At least one first-author or corresponding-author paper published within the past five years.

Salary and Benefits
According to the regulations of National Taiwan University’s salary standards. Postdoctoral appointments are for one year and can be extended.
