*Recruited position: Full-time, tenure track faculty (Date of Appointment: February 1, 2025 or August 1, 2025)
*Area of interests: Semiconductor materials and devices for optoelectronics (including fields in energy, display, optical communication, and quantum)
*Required documents:
1. Letter of Application Intention
2. Curriculum vitae (including publications list, teaching, and research plans)
3. 1~3 copies of selected publications: within the past 3 years
4. 3 recommendation letters (should be separately emailed to yrwu@ntu.edu.tw by referees)
5. A photocopy of the Ph.D. diploma (or an original certificate of expected graduation)
6. An original copy of the college and graduate school transcript
