Position Details
The College of Management at National Taiwan Normal University (AACSB Accredited) invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Behavior (OB).
Rank: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor.
Start Date: August 1, 2026 (Tentative).
Application Deadline: Feb 23, 2026 (Subject to change; early applications are prioritized).
Qualifications
Ph.D. degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, or closely related fields.
Demonstrated ability or potential for publishing in high-impact journals (SSCI/SCI/TSSCI).
English Proficiency: Ability to conduct English Medium Instruction (EMI) courses is highly preferred.
Passion for teaching excellence and student mentorship.
