The Tsai Research Group in the Department of Chemistry at Tunghai University (Taichung, Taiwan) invites applications for a postdoctoral research position in synthetic organic chemistry.

Reaction mechanism and synthetic methodology
Qualifications
Applicants should hold (or expect to obtain soon) a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or a closely related field. Candidates with experience in synthetic organic chemistry are particularly encouraged to apply. Experience in electrochemistry, catalysis, radical chemistry, or mechanistic studies is desirable but not required.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will conduct independent research, assist in mentoring graduate and undergraduate students, and contribute to the preparation of manuscripts and research proposals.
