【Research Theme 1】
Develop next-generation nanomedicine platforms — including mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs), lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), and exosome-based systems — for applications in cancer immunotherapy, central nervous system (CNS) diseases, and ophthalmic therapies. Work involves carrier design and synthesis, drug encapsulation and release studies, biocompatibility and immune response evaluation, animal model experiments, and interdisciplinary project execution.
【Research Theme 2】
Investigate nano–immune interface modulation strategies (e.g., PEGylation, immune evasion designs) to enhance drug safety and efficacy, and develop precision delivery systems to tumors or specific tissues.
【Lab Environment】
Our lab actively participates in international collaborations and hosts multiple NSTC-funded projects, including the “2030 Cross-Generation Young Scholars Program.” We have ongoing collaborations with the University of Pennsylvania. The position offers a highly interdisciplinary research environment, with opportunities for overseas training and conference participation.

【Salary】
Postdoctoral Researcher: NTD 900,000–1,000,000/year
Research Assistant: NTD 550,000–650,000/year
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience; includes health insurance and year-end bonus.
【Qualifications】
(1). Ph.D. (for postdoctoral position) or M.S. (for research assistant) in biomedical sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, nanomaterials, or related fields
(2). Experience in nanomaterial synthesis, drug delivery, cell and animal studies preferred
(3). Strong English communication and scientific writing skills; teamwork and self-motivation required
