【Job Responsibilities】
1. Conduct research in biomedical informatics and biomedical data analysis.
2. Participate in system requirement analysis, software architecture design, development, and maintenance of research platforms.
3. Perform biomedical data processing, statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining.
4. Develop data analysis pipelines, databases, workflows, and computational tools.
5. Assist in preparing technical documents, research reports, and academic manuscripts.
6. Perform other research-related tasks assigned by the Principal Investigator (PI).

【Qualifications】
**Required Qualifications**
1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Life Sciences, or related fields.
2. Strong programming skills and software development experience.
3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and independent working abilities.
4. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a research environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
1. Programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
2. Software engineering, system design, full-stack development, or research platform development.
3. Database design, data processing, or data analysis.
4. Biomedical, bioinformatics, clinical, or scientific datasets.
5. Statistical analysis, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or data mining.
6. Git, Linux, cloud computing, or high-performance computing (HPC).
7. English technical reading and writing.

【Appointment Period】
The appointment is expected to begin on September 1, 2026, and continue through May 31, 2027. Renewal may be possible based on project duration, performance, and NSTC/NCU regulations.

【Salary】
Salary will be determined in accordance with the regulations governing full-time project personnel at National Central University.
