💼 Key Responsibilities
Perform NGS experiments
Participate in the complete experimental workflow, from sample preparation and collection to library preparation and quality control.
Analyze NGS data
Conduct basic bioinformatics analyses, including quality control, sequence alignment, and peak analysis.
Develop and maintain research documentation
Prepare clear, comprehensive, and professional standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support anticancer drug research
Perform cell culture, drug treatment, Western blotting, and other molecular and cellular biology experiments to advance ongoing research projects.
Contribute to laboratory operations and research projects
Work closely with the principal investigator and research team to support daily laboratory activities and achieve research milestones.
✨ Qualifications
Required Qualifications
PhD in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
Basic bioinformatics skills and experience with preliminary NGS data processing and analysis.
Hands-on experience in cell culture, DNA/RNA extraction, and fundamental molecular biology techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
Research experience in cancer biology, epigenetics, or pharmacology.
Strong understanding of NGS technologies and advanced data analysis experience.
A clear career vision and strong motivation to pursue future opportunities in either academia or industry.
