Recruitment Announcement for Full-Time (or Project) Assistant Professors or Higher
Job Opening: One full-time or project assistant professors or higher, specializing on human resource management, human resource development, organizational psychology, or other related fields. The applicant must possess the ability to teach in English. We only offer EMI courses to master students.
1. Qualifications: Applicants must obtain a doctorate degree or equivalent academic credential from a domestic or foreign university.
2. Applicants who apply for newly employed full-time assistant professor or higher should review NTNU Regulations Governing the Qualifications and Evaluation of Newly Employed Full-time Faculty Members.
3. Applicants who apply for newly appointed project assistant professor should review NTNU Directives Governing the Appointment of Contract Faculty Members and Research Fellows.
4. Submission materials required:
1) Curriculum Vitae (no limitations for format, however please indicate the e-mail, phone number, and address where you can be contacted).
2) Personal statement and plan for future development (including but not limited to: subjects that can be taught, research direction, and plans for future contribution).
3) If the doctoral degree is obtained from other countries, please attach copy of diploma certified by the Taipei Economic and Cultural office in the host country and officially validated copies of transcripts).
4) List of research findings and related works (if it is in an academic journal indexed by SCI, SSCI, TSSCI, EI, A&HCI, THCI (formerly THCI Core before 2016), SCOPUS or other academic journals, please specify and attach the supporting documents).
5) Doctoral dissertation or related representative works.
6) Two recommendation letters.
7) A copy of current teacher certificate awarded by the Ministry of Education.
8) Courses that can be taught, along with the course syllabi.
9) Other materials helpful to the review process (e.g., teaching materials and materials supporting service)

6. How to apply:
1) Interested applicants should first visit the university’s recruitment website at the Personal Office page (http://pms.itc.ntnu.edu.tw/HireApp/) and register the application materials (for achievements in academic research, please fill in information from the past five years).
2) Deadline for application: Monday, September 1, 2025, based on the date of postmark.

7. NOTE:
1) The Graduate Institute of International Human Resource Development is a research-oriented institute where all courses are taught in English (EMI). Teachers must be able to teach and guide students in thesis writing in English.
2) After passing the preliminary examination, applicants qualified for the secondary examination interview will be notified by phone. Those who fail to meet the preliminary examination standards will not be notified. Those who fail to attend the interview after being notified will be seen as giving up their application.
