The Graduate Institute of Technology, Innovation and Intellectual Property Management (TIIPM) of the College of Commerce, at the National Chengchi University is a leading program of Technology and Innovation Management (TIM) and Intellectual Property (IP) in Taiwan. The TIIPM invites applicants for a tenure-track faculty position with a focus in TIM, starting from Spring 2026. A PhD. degree or PhD. candidacy in related field(s) is required.

Candidates are sought with interests that complement and expand upon current research and teaching activities in the TIIPM. Cross-disciplinary areas are particularly welcome. Research areas of interest include, but are not limited, to:
* Technology and innovation management
* Creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship
* Innovation Economics
* Strategy, organization, marketing, finance, and operation management in High-Tech Industry
* R&D management, technology forecasting and assessment, technology and innovation policies, as well as emerging technology management (The above is preferred if having experiences in big data analysis, data/text mining, AI technology, new-economy-type enterprises, etc.)

In addition to research, successful candidates are expected to have a strong commitment to teaching courses in English and/or Chinese.

The positions will remain open until filled; however, applications should be received by August 31, 2025 to ensure full consideration.
