1.Position Available: One full-time faculty position at the level of Assistant Professor or above.
2.Expected Appointment Date: August 1, 2025 (ROC Year 114).
3.Qualifications (all required):
(1) Academic Degree:
A Ph.D. in Education from a domestic or international institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MOE), with the degree certificate already obtained.
- Applicants who have passed their dissertation defense but have not yet received the degree certificate must submit proof of passing the oral defense and a recommendation letter from their advisor. However, they must present the degree certificate before the date of the announced interview, otherwise they will not be eligible for the interview.
- Doctoral candidates who have not completed their degree will not be considered.
(2)Academic Expertise:
Specialization and teaching experience in one or more of the following areas are preferred: Higher Education, Interdisciplinary Education, Education Policy, Social Innovation, Education in Remote Areas, Social Responsibility or Sustainable Development. Preference will be given to those with experience in research or projects related to domestic education policy, social practice, interdisciplinary learning, and other related topics.
(3) Research Performance:
Since 2020, served as the principal investigator for one or more interdisciplinary research projects funded by the National Science and Technology Council or the Ministry of Education (e.g., NSTC Interdisciplinary Research Project Centered on Social Needs, NSTC HISP Project, MOE ILink-Hss Project, MOE XPlorer Project, or MOE Issue-Oriented Interdisciplinary Narrative Capacity Development Program), or published at least one academic paper in journals indexed by SCI, SSCI, TSSCI, EI, Scopus, THIC, or TSSCI Journal.

5. Required Documents:
One copy of each:
　Copies of transcripts and diplomas (Bachelor’s degree and above).
　A copy of both sides of the National Identification Card.
　The “NUTN Faculty Application Form” and “Summary of Academic Information for Applicants to the General Education Center”.
　Copy of teacher certification (if available), and proof of military service or exemption (if applicable).
　Doctoral dissertation.
　List of publications and copies/offprints of representative works.
　List of projects as principal investigator including project title, ID, and budget.
　Other research achievements, awards, and administrative experience related to interdisciplinary themes.
　Teaching syllabi for courses eligible to teach (e.g., Social Innovation, Design Thinking, Innovation & Entrepreneurship).
　List of higher education-related courses taught since 2020, with syllabi and evaluation scores (if available).
6. Notes:
1.Applicants must deliver a teaching demonstration in English.
2.Newly appointed faculty members are required to assume administrative duties for two years.
3.The appointed faculty member will assist in planning the university’s interdisciplinary learning programs.
