Full-Time Project Research Assistant (1–2 positions)

Plant Pathology Research Lab, Department of Life Science, National Taiwan Normal University
[Employment Period]
This is a two-year project. After a three-month probation period, performance will be evaluated to determine contract renewal. The position is offered on a one-year renewable basis. Details are negotiable.
[Job Responsibilities]
Assist in conducting experiments related to plant responses to bacterial infection.
Assist with daily laboratory operations, administrative tasks, and other assigned duties.
[Qualifications]
Education: Master’s degree from a university recognized by the Ministry of Education (domestic or international).
Background in plant science or related research fields.
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to plan work independently and carry out tasks autonomously.

[Working Hours and Leave]
Two days off per week and national holidays in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
[Salary and Benefits]
Starting monthly salary for a full-time Master’s-level research assistant: NT$41,500, with possible increases based on experience and seniority. Labor insurance, national health insurance, and year-end bonus are provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
