1. Position: full-time teacher (including assistant professor or above) in the Department of Information Engineering.

2. Expected employment start date: August 1, 2025.

3. Qualifications:
(1) Educational qualifications: Possession of a Ph.D degree in a field related to information or electrical engineering recognized by the Ministry of Education (if you have passed the doctoral thesis oral examination but have not yet obtained a degree certificate, please provide a certificate of passing the oral examination from the school and a letter from the supervising professor).
(2) Academic Expertise：Specialized in providing support for courses such as big data, machine learning, cloud computing, computer networks, IC design and automation, multimedia, databases, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, algorithms, information security or other information-related courses.

4. The acceptance date:
(1) From now until April 30, 2025 (as evidenced by the postmark), applications should be sent by registered mail or delivered in person to the Personnel Office of the university. Please indicate "Application for Faculty Position in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering " on the cover.
(2) Mailing Address: National University of Tainan, Personnel Office, 33 Shulin Street, Section 2, West Central District, Tainan City, 700301, Taiwan.

5. Document Submission:
(1) One photocopy of each graduation certificate above bachelor's degree.
(2) One photocopy of both sides of the national identification card.
(3) Provide recommendation and inquiry candidates for more than 3 people

(4) The transcripts for Master's and Ph.D. degrees.

(6) The relevant work experiences.
(7) The Ph.D. dissertation.

6.Remarks：
(1) Please mark "Application for a faculty position in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National University of Tainan" on the envelope for document review.
(2) If the number of applicants is less than 10, the announcement period may be extended as necessary.
(3) Applicants must conduct a full teaching demonstration in English during the interview.
(4) Newly hired full-time faculty members must complete two years of administrative work in the NUTN. In addition, every semester, they must offer one English-taught or English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) course.
(5) Applicants who wish to retrieve their submitted documents should provide a return address and sufficient postage.
