I.Title and number of openings: Several openings for faculty members, as full-time or adjunct faculty.
II.Professional expertise:
1、Educational Psychology, Assessment Technology, Counseling Psychology, School Guidance.
2、Priority for applicants who have teaching experiences of EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) courses or who have application experiences of generative AI (Artificial Intelligence) in course instruction.

III.Educational and Research Background:
1、Applicants for the position of Full-time Faculty must meet one of the following qualifications:
(1) Being the first or corresponding author of at least two published articles within the past three years in journals listed in SCI, SCIE, SSCI, TSSCI, EI, A&HCI, THCI (originally THCI Core before 2016) or academic journals of SCOPUS.
(2) Leading at least two research projects sponsored by the National Science and Technology Council during the past three years.
(3) Publication of at least one book or monograph within the past three years; review comments and proof of publication should be provided.
2、Applicants for the position of Adjunct Faculty must meet one of the following qualifications:
(1) Being the first or corresponding author of at least two published articles within the past three years in journals listed in SCI, SCIE, SSCI, A&HCI, EI, TSSCI, THCI (originally THCI Core before 2016).
(2) Being the first or corresponding author of one original academic article in journals of the top 5% Impact Factor in the last three years.
(3) Publication of at least one book or monograph within the past three years; review comments and proof of publication should be provided.

IV.For full-time faculty: According to the “NTNU Newly Appointed Distinguished Talent Incentive Regulations,” newly appointed full-time faculty members will receive certain amount of incentive for at most three years, based on their academic performance. For NTNU full-time faculty members, annual incentive will be granted based on the evaluation of academic performance, according to the “NTNU Appointed Distinguished Talent Incentive Regulations.”
