2024年9月27日日本企業Daicel所長Mr. Kei YAMANE與大阪大學Flexible 3D System Integrating Laboratory所長Dr. Katsuaki SUGANUMA (該企業執行顧問)拜訪駐日本代表處顧問Dr. Yu-Han TSOU，SUGANUMA所長簡報其研究領域並介紹Advanced SoC Research for Automotive (ASRA)及Semiconductor Assembly Test Automation and Standardization Research Association (Statas)等日本半導體及封裝研究開發相關新組織，並告知將於10月訪問臺灣。
