Digital technology has brought about rapid progress as a platform for building a global society. The younger generation, as digital natives, is becoming indispensable in their lives using digital technology. By creating social and environmental value through the use of digital technology and co–creation in the society of the future, it is expected that a human–friendly digital future society will be built that includes as many people as possible. In this symposium, we will discuss the future prospects of digital technology, its application to society, and its contribution to future society.
