The Tohoku Forum for Creativity (TFC) is inviting proposals for two thematic programs for the 2024 academic year (April 2024 - March 2025).

Thematic programs consist of the long-term stay of invited researchers, and the hosting of multiple events such as conferences, workshops, and tutorial sessions. They also aim to find solutions to important problems, facilitate interdisciplinary research, and inspire young researchers.

Proposals can be from any branch of research, and can be submitted by researchers working at any institution around the world, as long as at least one member of the organizing committee is from Tohoku University.
