Subsidy Items
NSTC will provide each participant with a subsidy of NT$ 1,000 (USD 30) per day for the internship period ranging from a minimum of 28 days to a maximun of 90 days.
The PI will recieve NT$ 10,000 per intern hosted as an internship operating expense.
Internship Period and Quota
Up to 600 interns will be accepted in 2025.
Interns may begin their internships between June 2025 and December 2025, lasting from 28 days to 90 days.
The application process must be completed at least 3 months prior to the start of each internship period.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are undergraduate and graduate students of foreign nationalities studying abroad. Applicants should have expertise in Taiwan's key science and technology fields, including humanities and social sciences.
Host Institution
Host institutions primarily include universities, research institutions, and laboratories in Taiwan.
