The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) has signed seven MoUs up to now with UK’s National Academies, Research Councils and British Office Taipei (BOT). The jointly-funded schemes have enabled collaborative activities every year in various fields such as nature, engineering, biotechnology, biomedical, arts and humanities sciences.

The seven bilateral relationships are:

·Royal Society (RS)

·British Academy (BA)

·Royal Society of Edinburgh (RSE)

·Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC)

·Natural Environment Research Council (NERC)

·Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC)

·British Office Taipei (BOT)
