IPTJC2025國際電漿科技聯合研討會延續之前PTSDG2023與PTSDG2024國際論壇規模，並擴大與日本名古屋大學低溫電漿科學中心的(Global Plasma Forum)與歐洲低溫電漿蝕刻會議(PlaCEP)合併舉辦，成為亞洲地區探討電漿與薄膜科技的最完整的國際研討會。目前IPTJC2025國際電漿科技聯合研討會已獲得了美國真空協會(American Vacuum Society, AVS)、Global Plasma Forum與PlaCEP等三個學術團體的贊助與支持。本次會議已邀請包括瑞典、美國、法國、韓國、菲律賓、泰國、越南、加拿大、日本等國家的資深與年輕學者專家11人擔任特邀演講與邀請演講，目前仍持續邀請歐洲及日本各國的演講者。在眾多國際學術團體與眾多專家學者的大力支持下，本次IPTJC2025盛會將會比前兩年PTSDG會議的規模更大，預計將吸引更多來自全球從事電漿科技與薄膜科技相關研究學者及產業人士與會。歡迎大家踴躍投稿！

International Plasma Technology Joint Conference 2025 (IPTJC2025) builds upon the scale of previous PTSDG 2023 and PTSDG 2024 conferences while expanding its scope by merging with the Global Plasma Forum (Nagoya University, Japan) and the Plasma Etching Conference, PlaCEP (Europe). This makes it the most comprehensive international conference in Asia focusing on plasma and thin film technology. The conference has received sponsorship and support from three academic organizations: the American Vacuum Society (AVS), the Global Plasma Forum, and PlaCEP. Eleven distinguished scholars from Sweden, the USA, France, South Korea, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Canada, and Japan have been invited as keynote and invited speakers, with additional speakers from Europe and Japan also being invited. With strong support from numerous international academic organizations and experts, IPTJC 2025 is expected to surpass the scale of previous PTSDG conferences, attracting more researchers and industry professionals from around the world who specialize in plasma and thin film technology.
