3. 高電壓工程研究、電力系統、電力電子、電機機械及驅動器、功率積體電路、綠色能源。
4. 積體電路設計(感測、類比、數位、記憶體)、智慧晶片與系統(物聯網、人工智慧等創新應用)、電子設計自動化(系統層級、測試整合、實體佈局)。
5. 生醫電子系統、積體電路設計(生醫晶片)、無線電能傳輸、電磁熱療系統、微奈米儀器系統、醫學影像處理。
6. 半導體、光電、IC製程、奈米元件等相關領域。
7. 資訊相關領域(包含人工智慧、機器學習、大數據系統、資訊安全、雲端運算、編譯器、系統晶片設計等)。

Position Opening Opportunity at the Department of Electrical Engineering National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan
The Department of Electrical Engineering at National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, seeks applicants for open positions (professors/associate professors/assistant professors), with an expected start date of August 1, 2026/ February 1, 2027 in the following areas:
1. Electronic materials and devices, microwave materials and applications, optoelectronic materials and devices, dielectric materials, piezoelectric materials, MEMS devices, magnetic or electromagnetic-absorbing materials, semiconductor materials and devices, advanced semiconductor packaging materials, computational materials science, high-entropy materials, nano or quantum materials, and two-dimensional materials and devices.
2. System Control, Robotics, Intelligent Systems, Power Electronics, Computational Systems Biology, Autonomous Driving, and Satellite Systems.
3. High Voltage Engineering, Power Systems, Power Electronics, Electric Machines and Drives, Power Integrated Circuits, and Green Energy.
4. Integrated Circuits Design (Sensor, Analog, Digital, Memory), Intelligent Chips and Systems (IoT and AI Emerging Applications), and Electronic Design Automation. (System-Level, Testing/Integration, Physical Layout)
5. Biomedical Electronic Systems, Integrated Circuits (Biochip), Wireless Power Transfer, Electromagnetic Hyperthermia, Micro-/Nano-Instrumentation Systems, and Medical Image Processing.
6. Semiconductor, Photo-electronics, IC processing, and Nano-devices.
7. Information Engineering related areas, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data System, Information Security, Cloud Computing, Compiler, and System Chip Design.
8. Communications related areas, including Wireless Communications, Communication Networks, Multimedia Communications, and RF/microwave Circuit Design.
