Faculty Positions Available (2–3)
Department of Business and Management, Ming Chi University of Technology
1. Qualifications
Applicants should demonstrate the ability to publish in internationally recognized academic journals, such as SSCI, SCI, TSSCI, or EI indexed journals. Candidates are also expected to support departmental and college administrative affairs, teaching activities, and research development. In addition, applicants must have at least one year of industry experience and meet one of the following qualifications:
1. Expertise in Intelligent Operations, Digital Marketing, or related business and management fields. Candidates capable of teaching courses entirely in English will be given priority.
2. Expertise in Financial Technology (FinTech), Smart Finance, Financial Management, or Accounting. Candidates capable of teaching courses entirely in English will be given priority.
