About the role
At the Grantham Institute – Climate Change and the Environment, our mission is to lead on world-class research, policy, training, and innovation that supports effective action on climate change. We are seeking to appoint a Research Fellow who will support this mission, undertaking research and teaching in climate science and/or climate impacts and adaptation.
What we are looking for
To be successful, you will have:
A PhD in climate science or discipline looking at climate change impacts and adaptation, or equivalent.
A developing national reputation and expertise in your field.
A portfolio of research publications, confirming national standing (commensurate with career stage).
Experience of teaching on climate in higher education and familiarity with a variety of strategies to promote and assess learning.
A collaborative nature and the ability to build and sustain effective working relationships, both internally and externally.
Ability to communicate well, conveying ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
聘期：Full time
薪資待遇：£55,144 – £65,073 per annum
