Position: Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor (Tenure Track)
Location: Taipei, Taiwan


Desired Fields of Research and Teaching
We particularly welcome applicants with research and teaching expertise in the following areas:
• Organizational Behavior: leadership, motivation; cross-functional and cross-cultural team collaboration; organizational culture; workplace well-being; identity and inclusion; emotions at work; organizational change.
• Strategy and Innovation: competitive strategy; corporate strategy; strategic renewal; innovation management; non-market strategy.
• International Business: global strategy; international expansion; emerging markets; the role of multinational enterprises (MNEs); international entrepreneurship and born globals; sustainability and ESG practices in global operations.

We invite applications for multiple full-time faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level and above for the Master’s Program in Leadership and Management, School of Political Science and Economics at NTU. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about unique methodologies and are keen to incorporate science, humanities, and/or technology into their work. This position provides an opportunity to shape and inspire the leaders of tomorrow while contributing to a globally engaged community.

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree before July for the fall semester or January for the spring semester. We value creativity, collaboration, and dedication to integrating contemporary scientific or other disciplinary insights into economics, political science, or finance.
