The MS Degree Program in Intelligent Computing and Intelligent Computing Industrial Doctorate Program at the Miin Wu School of Computing (SOC), National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), invites applications for a full-time faculty position. We seek enthusiastic individuals dedicated to advancing robotics and artificial intelligence through cutting-edge research and innovative teaching.
Position Titles and Qualifications
Ranks: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor.
Education: Ph.D. degree (or near completion) in AI and Computing related field.
Research background: Doctoral research must be related to AI or Computing.
Start Date: August 1, 2026, or February 1, 2027.
Research Focus Areas
We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise including but not limited to the following areas:
1）AI related topics: NeuroAI, Physics AI, Educational AI, Health AI, Sport AI, Generative AI
2）Computing related topics: Quantum Computing, Unconventional Computing,
3）Semiconductor related topics: Digital/Analog IC Design, Smart Chips and Systems (IoT & AI Applications), Memory and Neuromorphic Computing Chips
4）Interdisciplinary topics: Law, Large Language Model Topics
5）Mathematical Sciences
