【Job Description】
Our laboratory focuses on regenerative medicine and stem cell research. We are looking for a research assistant with solid skills and enthusiasm in bioinformatics analysis, who will help manage and analyze large-scale biological datasets while supporting some basic wet-lab experiments.
Main responsibilities:
1. Perform high-throughput sequencing (NGS) data analysis and gene expression profiling
2. Establish and maintain bioinformatics pipelines
3. Assist with selected laboratory experiments, including cell culture, PCR, immunofluorescence staining, microscopy, etc.
4. Support administrative and research-related tasks
【Qualifications】
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (from domestic or recognized foreign universities) in biomedical sciences, bioinformatics, biostatistics, computational biology, or related fields
Proficient in bioinformatics tools and data analysis (e.g., R, Python, Linux environment, NGS analysis pipelines)
Basic experience with wet-lab techniques in molecular or cellular biology is a plus
Strong teamwork skills and self-motivation
【Salary】
Bachelor: NT$36,300/month (first year)
Master: NT$41,500/month (first year)
Salary is negotiable based on seniority and performance
