一、 活動宗旨
我們誠摯邀請博士研究生參加本次以博士生為中心的學術會議，旨在展示和推
廣高品質的商業與管理研究。本次會議由國立高雄科技大學管理學院主辦，為
博士生提供了一個專屬平台，用於展示研究成果、交流想法並進行嚴謹的學術
探討。會議旨在促進博士研究生之間的學術互動，為處於職業生涯早期的學者
，提供一個既充滿支持又學術嚴謹的環境。本次活動將充分展現國立高雄科技
大學管理學院博士研究的深度與多元性。我們歡迎來自商業與管理各領域的論
文投稿。

三、 活動時間與地點
• 日期： 2026 年 6 月 12 日（星期五）。
• 地點： 國立高雄科技大學(第一校區)管理學院 C 棟大樓。
四、 徵稿主題
誠徵與管理學院專業領域相關之完整學術論文。
五、 參賽資格與要求
• 對象： 博士班在學學生。
• 語言： 僅接受英文稿件，且發表需全程以英語進行報告。
六、 評選標準
• 由專業審查小組針對論文創新程度、架構、研究設計、理論推導及學術與實
務貢獻進行評選。
七、 獎勵辦法
• 最佳論文獎： 1 篇，獎學金新台幣 30,000 元及獎狀。
• 優等論文獎： 2 篇，每篇獎學金新台幣 10,000 元及獎狀。
• 佳作論文獎： 9 篇，每篇獎學金新台幣 5,000 元及獎狀。

2026 International Doctoral Management Research
Conference (IDMRC)
1. Objective
We are pleased to invite doctoral researchers only to this PhD-focused academic
conference, dedicated to showcasing and advancing high-quality doctoral research in
business and management. Hosted by the College of Management at National
Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (NKUST), this conference serves as
an exclusive platform for PhD students to present their work, exchange ideas, and
engage in rigorous scholarly discussion. The conference is designed to foster
intellectual interaction among doctoral researchers, providing a supportive yet
academically rigorous environment for early-career scholars. This event highlights the
depth and diversity of doctoral research at the NKUST College of Management. We
welcome submissions from all areas of business and management.
2. Eligibility and Requirements
• Target Audience: Currently enrolled doctoral students.
• Language: Only English manuscripts are accepted. All presentations must be
conducted entirely in English.
3. Review Criteria
• A professional review panel will evaluate submissions based on innovation,
framework, research design, theoretical derivation, and both academic and practical
contributions.
4. Awards and Scholarships
• Best Paper Award (1 paper): Scholarship of NT$30,000 and a certificate.
• Excellence Award (2 papers): Scholarship of NT$10,000 and a certificate.
• Honorable Mention (9 papers): Scholarship of NT$5,000 and a certificate.
5. Submission Guidelines and Deadline
• Please submit your paper in PDF format to 2026idmrc@nkust.edu.tw.
• Important Dates:
Submission Deadline: From now until April 30, 2026.
Admission notification: Successful applicants will be notified directly via email on
May 9, 2026.
6. Date and Venue
• Date: Friday, June 12, 2026.
