Faculty Positions - Department of Chemistry,
National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan
The Department of Chemistry at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) invites applications for four or more full-time faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level or higher, with appointments expected to begin on February 1, 2026.
We welcome outstanding scholars who are committed to conducting cutting-edge research in any area of chemistry. Candidates with postdoctoral research experience and the ability to teach in English are especially encouraged to apply.

2. Curriculum vitae (You can find the suggested form on the NSTC website. In the proposal document (NSTC personal information form), candidates should specify their research fields and the level of faculty position they are applying for.)

4. A publication list and copies of publications from the last five years
5. Three letters of recommendation (one of which must be from the applicant’s Ph.D. advisor). Letters may be sent directly by referees either by postal mail to the Faculty Recruitment Committee or by email to the respective field coordinators by August 25, 2025.
6. Teaching statement (Candidates should specify the courses they are qualified to teach and provide outlines of these courses.)
7. Research statement (including an estimated start-up fund, including instrumentation and facility needs)
