Postdoctoral Position Available – Deep Learning for Preclinical PET Imaging
Research Focus:
The successful candidate will work on:
•Developing deep learning models (CNNs, GANs, diffusion models) for PET scatter correction and motion correction.
•Performing quantitative and statistical evaluation.
•Monte Carlo simulations (e.g., GATE) for data generation
•Working in preclinical PET/MRI and PET/CT imaging datasets
•Participating in collaborative research involving imaging physics and AI
Required Qualifications:
•PhD in Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
•Strong background in deep learning (PyTorch preferred)
•Experience with PET/CT, PET/MRI or SPECT imaging and image processing
•Good publication record in medical imaging or related areas
Preferred Skills:
•Experience with GANs, diffusion models, transformers or image-to-image translation.
•Knowledge of attenuation correction, reconstruction, denoising, scatter correction and motion correction
•Familiarity with DICOM data and quantitative image analysis
•Experience with Monte Carlo simulations
Position Details:
•Position: Postdoctoral Researcher
•Duration: 1–2 years (extendable based on performance and funding)
•Location: Taipei, Taiwan
•Start Date: On or before April 1st, 2026
•Salary: 60,000 NTD/month (negotiable)

3.利用蒙地卡羅模擬工具（如 GATE）進行影像資料生成
4.分析與處理臨床前 PET/MRI 與 PET/CT 影像資料
5.參與結合影像物理與人工智慧之跨領域合作研究
二、應徵資格
（一）必要條件
•具醫學物理、生物醫學工程、物理、電機工程或相關領域博士學位
•具備深度學習研究經驗（以 PyTorch 為佳）
•具 PET/CT、PET/MRI 或 SPECT 影像處理相關經驗
•具醫學影像或相關領域之論文發表紀錄
（二）加分條件
•熟悉 GAN、Diffusion Models、Transformer 或影像對影像轉換技術
•具衰減校正、影像重建、去雜訊、散射校正或運動校正相關知識
•熟悉 DICOM 格式與定量影像分析
•具蒙地卡羅模擬經驗者佳
